Media: Savchenko meeting with militant leaders was organized by Ruban

The meeting of the Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko with the leaders of the militants Igor Carpenter and Alexander Zakharchenko in Minsk was organized by the head of TH «the Officer corps» Vladimir Ruban.
