Mattis: Putin is responsible, as head of state for attempted murder Skripal

The Minister of defence of the USA James Mattis told reporters March 27 that for the attempted murder of former Russian intelligence officer Sergei Skripal, British Salisbury Executive President of Russia Vladimir Putin as head of state, reports The Hill.

NATO also withdraws the accreditation of seven Russian representatives to the Alliance.
