Macedonia has resumed transportation of refugees trains on its southern border with Greece.

Earlier it was reported that near the border of Greece with Macedonia at least 80 buses of migrants blocked at the protests on both sides of the border.

From the Greek side of the border the traffic was blocked by farmers protesting against the pension reform, which the country plans to spend on the demand of international creditors.

It is not known how the authorities managed to unlock the movement.

However, a representative of the national railway Kira Dumanoski said that the first train left the border town of Gevgelija in the morning.

«One train went this morning. At this point, the railway is closed for maintenance, but we expect that another train will leave this afternoon», he said.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that the Macedonian authorities once again imposed restrictions for crossing the border with Greece to reduce the influx of refugees.
