Lutsenko flew to the Hague for the negotiations of the ICC regarding crimes against Maidan

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko in the evening of 20 November, went to the Hague for talks with representatives of the ICC on crimes against Maidan activists.

This was reported by press Secretary Lutsenko Larisa Sargan on the page in Facebook.

«Sunday, evening. Course in the Hague. Ahead of the talks with representatives of the International criminal court. The discussion dealing with the ICC crimes committed against participants of revolution of Dignity,» she wrote.

In February 2014, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the statement in the ICC about the recognition of Ukraine jurisdiction of the court on crimes against humanity of the highest officials of the state during Euromaidan.

However, the court in the Hague said the lack of sufficient evidence that the attacks on activists of the Maidan were planned.

The lawyer of the family of the Heavenly hundred Markin halabala has been reported that the matter about the attempted suppression of the Maidan, which was addressed by the International criminal court in the Hague, will be added to the documents provided by the families of the Heavenly hundred. According to him, the report of the court, these documents were not taken into account, but the decision is already made of their involvement. The Prosecutor was influenced by the fact that in the view of families proves the fact of organized violent actions of the authorities towards the protesters of the Maidan.

Note, 15 November, the international criminal court in the Hague likened the situation in the territory of the Crimea and Sevastopol to the international armed conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
