Lawyer Feygin in Kiev will study the prospects of exchange Savchenko

The lawyer of the Ukrainian pilot, people’s Deputy of Ukraine Hope Savchenko, who is imprisoned in Russia, mark Feygin arrived in Kiev, where he plans to learn about the prospects of an exchange.

Earlier, the head of the Russian presidential Council on human rights (HRC) Mikhail Fedotov did not rule out exchange of Ukrainka Hope Savchenko on commandos Alexandra Alexandrova , and Eugene Erofeev.

We will remind, on September 22, the Donetsk town court of the Rostov region of Russia began to consider on the merits of the case Savchenko. Case is considered by Board from three judges. Savchenko faces up to 25 years in prison.

Thus the Russian Ministry said that the issue of the possible extradition of Savchenko Ukraine after making her sentence may be discussed in the mandatory condition of recognition by Ukraine of the decision of the Russian court, as well as guarantees of punishment condemned at home.

The Minister of justice of Ukraine Pavlo Petrenko has interpreted this statement as evidence of already prepared sentence, but promised that the Ukrainian authorities will do everything to return of Savchenko to Ukraine.

As reported earlier, Feigin stated that the procedure for the transfer Savchenko Ukraine may take place in January-February 2016.
