Klimkin and Kurtz called for KPVV, «Food» in the Donetsk region

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin and OSCE Chairperson, Minister for Europe, integration and foreign Affairs of Austria Sebastian Kurz visited the KPVV Pischevik in the Donetsk region.

This is stated in the message of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine on Twitter.

«Pavlo Klimkin and Sebastian Kurz visited the checkpoint of entry/exit, «Food», Donetsk region», – stated in the message.

As seen in the photo, hosted the Ukrainian foreign Ministry, the Ministers are dressed in bronejilety they are accompanied by observers of the Special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine and the Ukrainian military.

As reported, the purpose of the visit to Donetsk region is to familiarize the foreign Minister of Austria at the beginning of the presidency of this country in the OSCE with the state of implementation of the Minsk agreements, socio-economic situation in the region due to the military aggression of Russia against Ukraine, as well as charitable projects with participation of Austrian humanitarian organisations.

Klimkin and Kurtz will discuss the efforts of the Austrian chairmanship of the OSCE in 2017, aimed at resolving the conflict in and around Ukraine, including the deployment of armed police mission of the OSCE in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, strengthening the capacity of the Special monitoring mission of OSCE in Ukraine to implement effective monitoring and verification of the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
