Also, according to Kernes, the conflict is guilty of «followers of separatist sentiment, which decided to create some kind of Republic.»
«And, of course, residents have become hostages of certain groups of people who wanted to leave things as they are. Today they are deprived of many social guarantees, mundane, is the destruction of their cities.
