He noticed that the Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, who was present at the session yesterday, did not convince the deputies to vote for madrepora urgent.
«It seems that our deputies instinct of self-preservation. In the end, even Groisman did not insist on consideration of the medical reform this session,» – said Karasev.
The expert added that the protests in Ukraine do not always remain peaceful.

The protest began on the morning of 13 July, under the slogan «Stop madrepora on the blood!». At a rally under the Ministry of health of Ukraine were representatives of trade unions, doctors and social activists from all regions of Ukraine, in total more than 3,5 thousand people.
Protesters poured red paint on the building of the Ministry of health and formed a corridor through which passed a man dressed as the grim Reaper, representing the acting Minister of health Ulyana Suprun. Behind him were people in white coats, after which the track is also filled with red paint.
«Health reform in its current form should stop. Suprun should resign. Medical industry today is barely performing its function. But the so-called reform Ulyana Suprun and her minions is pushing domestic medicine to disaster,» – said the organizer of the rally, Chairman of the Confederation of free trade unions of Ukraine Mykhailo Volynets.
Later the rally moved under the Verkhovna Rada, where Wolyniec gave demands to the parliamentarians not to violate the Constitution and to return to free medicine, to prevent the closure of health facilities and reduction of doctors. Then Volynets returned to the talks in the Ministry of health, where three of his colleagues went on hunger strike and stated that around the building of the Ministry of protesters unfurl a tent city.
