The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov said that when the budget of the Russian Federation it is necessary to consider the cost of the high birth rate in Chechnya. He spoke about it during the meeting with Deputy Chairman of RF government Dmitry Kozak.

«We thoroughly touched upon the issue of high rates of growth of the population of Chechnya at the expense of high fertility. It puts before us problems that need immediate solutions. They should be taken into account when forming the budget. This growth in social spending – health, education and other, which must be considered when calculating the grants for leveling the budget», – wrote in his Instagram Shots.

According to him, Kozak has assured that they will be provided all possible support and assistance.

The Chechen Republic received subsidies from the Federal budget of Russia. According to research by RBC, from 2007 to 2015, Chechnya received in the form of subsidies, subventions and grants 539 billion rubles per year on average the country received 60 billion rubles.
