Judge Sergey Voznyuk, Svetlana Volkova and Vladislav Oberemko removed from their posts for another month.
This was reported in the High qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine (VCXO).
It is noted that the decision was made at the request of the attorney General.
«In connection with the criminal prosecution, the Commission today at the meeting of the extended the one month period of suspension: Sergey Voznyuk from the office of the judge of Borispolsky gorrayonny court of Kiev region; Svetlana Volkova from a post of the judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv; Vladislav Oberemko judges of the Makarov district court of Kyiv region».
Higher qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine reports that the judge Voznyuk Commission decision of 2 September 2015 removed from office for a period of two months, and the decisions of 2 November, 30 November, 25 December 2015 and 25 January 2016, the period of suspension extended by one month.
The judge Voznyuk is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 375 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, namely in making a knowingly unjust ruling, which he freed convicted for crimes, one of which is serious, from further serving the punishment of deprivation of liberty for health reasons.
The Commission decision of 2 October 2015, Volkov was dismissed from his office of judge of Pechersk district court of Kyiv for two months, and decisions dated 30 November, 25 December 2015 and 25 January 2016, the period of suspension extended by one month. Judge Volkova is accused of committing criminal offences stipulated by parts 1 and 2 of article 375 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, namely in making a knowingly unjust decisions in criminal cases.
Solution VCXO from 2 September 2015 judge Oberemko removed from office for two months, by decision of 2 November, 30 November, 25 December 2015 and 25 January 2016, the period of suspension extended by one month.
The judge Oberemko is accused of committing criminal offenses under part 1 of article 345, part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal code of Ukraine — the threat of murder against a law enforcement officer, gross violation of public order based on motives of explicit disrespect for society, accompanied by exceptional cynicism.
According to the PGO, he threatened to kill the inspector. In the night of 27 to 28 February 2015 the judge of the Makarov district court of Kyiv region, being behind the wheel of a car, at first did not fulfill the legal requirement of the employee of GAI about a stop of the vehicle, and further threatened to kill the police officers and the citizen, who was at the scene. In addition, a committed hooligan actions and willfully left the scene of the crime.
Recall that Volkov was released from custody the commander of «Berkut» Dmitry Gardenersuspected of shooting 39 activists on the street Institute in February 2014.
