In Zaporozhye on Lenin square held a rally for the anniversary of the October revolution with the participation of about 200 people, mostly elderly.
According to «Radio Liberty», the rally was organized by the local centre of the all-Ukrainian Union of women-workers «For the future of children of Ukraine». Joined the event and representatives of the regional organization «Union of Soviet officers» and the Communist party.
Per share people came with red flags and symbols of the organizers, and after half an hour of the rally laid flowers to the monument to Lenin and dispersed.
However, in Kherson during the rally to the anniversary of the October revolution in the centre of the local right-wing burned the red flag, which brought supporters of the political left.
The rally, attended by about 250 people was organized by the party «Union of left forces». At the same time close to the action of the left about fifty Pro-Ukrainian-minded citizens staged his rally, which gathered mainly the representatives of the Kherson euromaidan and Right sector.

Later there were attempts to take away red flags power. To prevent clashes, the police and military staged a «corridor» between the protesters», — stated in the message.
The action also had the Communists in the annexed Crimea — in Simferopol organized a March and rally on Lenin square.
«About 1,000 people with flags and banners marched along the Avenue of Kirov, laid flowers to the Lenin monument and held a rally», — stated in the message «Crimea.Realities».
Second Secretary of the Simferopol city Committee of the Communist party of the Russian Federation Stepan Kiskin, addressing the protesters, emphasized that they came «in his heart».
First Secretary of the Crimean Republican Committee of the Communist party of the Russian Federation Oleg Solomakhin congratulated the rally participants on the holiday «in the name and on behalf of the first Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist party and comrades in Ukraine and the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko«.
The rally was held a solemn presentation of diplomas, awards and party tickets. Later there was a concert in which he sang revolutionary songs.
We will remind, the Ukrainian Institute of national remembrance revealed the names of historical figures, whose activities are subject to the laws of decommunization. Streets and other toponyms named after them, should be renamed to 21 November 2015.
