Main territorial Department of justice in Kiev intends to six months to present a new project of e-management «Online service hall», with which the people of Kiev will be able to get the maximum number of public services online.
On 15 February, said the head of the main territorial administration of justice in Kyiv Stanislav Kutsenko during the meeting of the Minister of justice Pavel Petrenko with the developers of the portal of state services IGov and experts in the field of electronic administration, UNIAN reports.
«Let’s hope that we are now rapidly moving in the next six months we will be citizens «Online service hall», and Kiev, and at once somewhere all of Ukraine will be able to cover,» he said.

According to him, the project «Online-the house of justice will be developed in the test regime in Kiev, and then quickly launched in other regions of Ukraine.
According to Kutsenko, in addition to providing online services «in three clicks», the essence of the project «House of justice» would be to enable transparent selection of candidates for management positions in the Ministry.
«When people will apply to work in the justice system, they will undergo training, to get a rating, and the most worthy candidates we will recommend to the Ministry», — said Kutsenko.
According to him, currently the Main territorial Department of justice in Kiev was in talks with Kyiv city state administration regarding the method of identification of citizens in the «House of justice» for the full and comprehensive provision of electronic services to the population.
As was reported present at the meeting, Minister of justice Pavel Petrenko, the maximum number of public services in electronic mode is a priority task of the Ministry for the coming year.
«A lot of services you can do without leaving your home», he said.
In 2014, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has declared its intention to 2017 to implement the system of e-government in the country. In the next two years it is planned to introduce contactless electronic services and the electronic identification and electronic signature of the citizen. Another task of the Cabinet is a complete refusal paperwork. In addition, the government plans to 2017 to adopt the law on the unified system of electronic interaction.
In June 2015 a team of Ukrainian IT-volunteers in cooperation with the NGO ICT Competence Center launched the Internet portal iGov.org.ua with the help of which Ukrainian citizens can get state services in electronic format without the personal interaction with government agencies.
E-government is a way of providing information and the delivery of public services to citizens, business, other branches of government and government officials at which personal interaction between the state and the applicant is minimized as much as possible and uses information technology.
