In the Hague from 6 to 9 March, there will be public hearings on the claim of Ukraine against Russia

The International court of justice in the Hague from 6 to 9 March 2017 will be held open hearings under the claim of Ukraine against Russia concerning the violation of the International Convention for the suppression of the financing of terrorism and the International Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination.

On Wednesday 1 February, reported the press service of the court, transfers «UKRINFORM».

«The hearings will be devoted to the request for the indication of provisional measures submitted by Ukraine», — stated in a press release.

As noted, the first round of the oral presentations will take place on 6 and 7 March, the second round of 8 and 9 March. The hearing will begin at 10.00.

According to the schedule in the first round of oral presentations on March 6 will be Ukraine, March 7 — RF; in the second round of oral presentations on March 8 will be the Ukraine, 9 March — Russia.

We will remind, on January 16, Ukraine has filed a lawsuit in the international court of justice to attract the Russian Federation responsible for the Commission of acts of terrorism and discrimination for its illegal aggression against Ukraine. As the President said Petro Poroshenkoduring the three years the Pro-Russian militants have carried out numerous terrorist attacks which have claimed hundreds of thousands of innocent people who were forced to leave their homes.
