Minvostokrazvitiya Russia supported the proposal of the deputies of the Communist party about the development of the Federal target program for voluntary resettlement of refugees from Donbas to Siberia and the far East. About it writes RIA Novosti.
«Taking into account the data of monitoring of the situation on reception, placement and employment of citizens of Ukraine, who arrived on the territory of the far Eastern Federal district, carried out minvostokrazvitiya Russia, as well as taking into account the number of jobs that will be created in the territories of the socio-economic development and investment projects (by 2020 more than 50 000 jobs) support your initiative», — is spoken in the reply of the Ministry of the Russian Federation to the parliamentary inquiry.
The position of the Ministry was sent to the Federal migration service (FMS) of Russia. Russian deputies resembled in its request that the far East trend of population decline has not been overcome, despite the implementation of several Federal target programs.
The authors of the request believe that the situation could be changed if the 1.6 million citizens of Ukraine (that is the figure named in the request) is the administrative expulsion, in connection with the termination of period of temporary stay, will be offered voluntary resettlement to the far East or in Siberia.
As reported, on may 6, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that refugees from Ukraine should «earn a living» and not to create «problems in the domestic labour market».
In the report «Putin.War» about the invasion of Russia in Ukraine says that the Russian authorities allocate 800 rubles per day per one refugee from Ukraine, shared expenses for the maintenance of the refugees for 10 months amounted to more than $ 1.5 billion.
Refugees from the Donbas who went to Russia, the problems did not arise yesterday. Many of them are disappointed that Russia has banned refugees to settle in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Leningrad and Rostov regions, in Crimea and Sevastopol and set a low quota for refugees in some areas of the South of Russia.
Instead, they are almost forced (many do not even know where they are taken prior to arrival) send to the far North (Magadan, Yakutia, Arkhangelsk, Russia) and far East (Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, Kamchatka).
Meanwhile, opinion polls clearly indicate that the majority of Russians wants Ukrainian refugees sent home or stopped to take in Russia.
In addition, according to the Ukrainian refugees, the Russian authorities do not fulfill their promises of assistance to refugees from Donbass — the material and the housing. Refugees also complain about the extremely low salaries in the Russian province.
