In Germany, the police detained the suspects in case of theft of 100-pound gold coin

In Germany three months after the theft of 100-pound coin from the Bode-Museum in Berlin , the police in a RAID arrested two suspects. This writes Zeit Online.

A large-scale operation took place on the morning of 12 July. It was attended by about 300 people.

Police conducted raids in several districts of Berlin, however, the stolen artifact is not found.

The coin, minted by the Royal mint house of Canada in 2007, was abducted in the early morning of March 27. Coin with the image of Queen Elizabeth II made of gold, it is estimated approximately €3.7 million (109.4 mln UAH).
