In France, confirmed on November 29 in Minsk will host a meeting of foreign Ministers of «Norman Quartet»

Foreign Ministers of Ukraine, France, Germany and Russia will meet on November 29 in Minsk to discuss the implementation of agreements on ceasefire in the Donbass. On 25 November, said the representative of the French foreign Ministry Alexander Giorgini, reports «Radio Freedom».

«The meeting on 29 November will allow us to test that since the October meeting Berlin has been done and what is not,» he said.

As reported, on November 21 the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and German Chancellor Angela Merkel agreed to hold in late November a meeting of the foreign Ministers «channel four».

The Ministers of foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and France Jean-Marc Ayrault proposed to hold the next meeting in Minsk.

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that the meeting of foreign Ministers in the Normandy format to discuss the road map for the implementation of the Minsk agreements could take place on 29 November.

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov has declared, that will participate in the meeting of foreign Ministers «Norman format» in Minsk on November 29.

Due to the fact that the Minsk agreement is almost not determine the sequence of their points, the leaders of the «Normandy format» Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia – agreed at a meeting in Berlin, which ended in the night from 19 to 20 October, the foreign Ministers of these countries should prepare a «road map» that would agree to this sequence of points of the three main agreements Minsk: the Minsk Protocol of 5 September 2014, the Minsk Memorandum of 19 September 2014 and the Minsk package of measures of 12 February 2015.
