In France, 105-year-old cyclist set a world record

105-year-old Frenchman Robert Marchand set the world record in his age category by riding the bike a little more than 14 miles per hour. Reported by Abc news.

The record was set at the velodrome in Saint-Quentin-EN-Yvelines. The former lifeguard was able in an hour to drive the 92 range, which is 22.5 kilometers.

Robert Marchand was born in 1911 in the North of France. Professionally he started Cycling only after retirement at the age of 67 years. He previously set records at the age of 100 and 102.

Previously a new Zealand cyclist has set a new record by around the world in 123 days.
