The Pechersky district court of Kiev continued consideration of the petition of the investigator of the military Prosecutor for permission to conduct against the former President Viktor Yanukovych in absentia procedure of pre-judicial investigation on charges of treason. The lawyer Vitaly Serdyuk announced Yanukovych signed the statement, in which he requests to carry out investigative actions in the presence of the ex-President in Russia.
