In 2017, the entrant will be eligible to submit 7 applications to institutions of higher education in 3 specialties. This year applicants had the right to submit 15 applications in 5 specialties in different institutions.

In 2017 enter higher educational institutions will be based on the results of certificates of external evaluation in 2016 and 2017. For admission to the universities is mandatory to be certified in the Ukrainian language and literature. On what subject are the other two certificates set – to choose a University. One of them may be mathematics or history of Ukraine, or biology, the third certificate — in other subjects that will determine the University.
As noted by the Director of higher education Department MES of Ukraine Ihor Sharov, one of the important agreements reached during the discussion was the issue of reducing the number of applications compared to last year’s inaugural campaign. In 2017, the applicant will submit 7 applications to institutions of higher education in 3 specialties.
In 2017, the applicants from Crimea and Donbass will come under a separate quota. Also features receipt provided for special categories of disabled, children-orphans, participants of the ATO.
Check electronic dashboard incoming and download applications of documents on education will be held from 29 June to 18 hours on July 25. In 2017, the acceptance of applications to HEIs based on EIT will be held for up to 18 hours on July 26. The opening contests in educational institutions will be held from 17 to 26 July, and exams — from 21 to 26 July. Admission to the training for budgetary funds will be held until 15 August 2017, and the contract on 18 August. The terms of appointment provide that a preferential category will be enrolled until August 28.
Earlier it was reported that UPE in 2017 will take place from 23 may to 16 June and will start the test in Ukrainian language and literature. Registration of persons to participate in EIT will be held from 6 February to 17 March 2017, and the introduction of changes in registration data of participants of the evaluation will be possible until 31 March.
