In 2016, the Ukrainians sold more foreign currency than bought

In 2016, the population has sold foreign currency in cash by 2.48 billion more than they bought. This is evidenced by data of the National Bank.

For the year 2016 the population is only sold 3,223 billion and bought $ 747 million.

According to the national Bank, the largest balance of sale/purchase of cash currency was in April-July (the average monthly population was sold for 340 million dollars more than buying).

In December the population had sold 134,3 million dollars, and bought 96.4 million dollars.

As reported, in 2015 the population has sold to banks of currency in 1,548 billion dollars more than they bought.
