Hungarian low-cost Wizz Air has returned to the city and starts a flight in the Polish Wroclaw

Hungarian low-cost Wizz Air will resume its activities starting from April 2017 launches a new route from Lviv to Wroclaw. It on a press-conferences were reported by the corporate Director of Wizz Air Owen Jones, reports «UKRINFORM».

According to him, the flights will be operated twice a week — Tuesday and Saturday from the International airport «Lviv» named Daniel Galitsky. Tickets, which cost will start from UAH 619, is available now on the website of the airline.

«We officially announce that our renewable activities, and since April this year launched a new route from Lviv to Wroclaw. We are very pleased that the renewable activities of the Lviv airport,» said Jones and said that the airline’s clients not only get the opportunity to travel to wrocław, and will be able to fly for 9 other destinations that Wizz Air flies from this city.

He explained that the resumption of the activities «of the Airline Wizz air Ukraine» is not planned, and all the flights will provide the company «Wizz air Hungary».

It is noted that since August, from Kiev to fly another aircraft, which will allow the airline to form a base on average 750 thousand seats a year and create more jobs in Ukraine.

As reported, in March 2015 Wizz Air announced the termination of its operations in Ukraine in connection with the economic situation that led to the cancellation of all flights from Lviv. Today the airline operates two Ukrainian airports on 17 key routes in eight countries.
