Groisman announced the cancellation of more than 300 regulations in the framework of deregulation in Ukraine

The government 18 Dec plans to adopt «deregulation» package, which will cancel a number of legal acts that complicate doing business in Ukraine. This was during a Cabinet meeting on Monday said Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman, reports the correspondent of the edition «GORDON».

«Today we accept the deregulation package, more than 300 acts of today will be cancelled, which is very important. We will change the approach regarding government surveillance. We will not support the system that operates today, when come and for formal reasons, are beginning to impose fines», – said Groisman.

He recalled that more than 300 normative-legal acts in the framework of deregulation abolished in 2016.

«We’re at the end of 2016 was canceled 367 various regulations governing the operation of the business. So to say «help on help», or a completely ridiculous, meaningless requirements for doing business in the country, which created obstacles for the development of entrepreneurship and increased the cost of doing business», – said the Prime Minister.

Groisman said he would «check-list» with specific criteria for conducting inspections.

«Moreover, the entrepreneur himself will be able to conduct the inspection,» he said.

May 24, Groisman said that «completely changed the system of control over the business.» On the same day the Cabinet approved the strategy of development of small and medium entrepreneurship in Ukraine for the period until 2020.

The Prime Minister noted that in 2017 was abolished more than 100 normative-legal acts that interfere with the conduct of a business.
