The Minister of education and science of Ukraine Liliya Hrynevych encourages applicants to check the status of their electronic applications to institutions of higher education, since some did not load the scan copy of school certificate.
«We were told the state enterprise «Inforesurs», which deals with service of a Single state database on education, where paid absolutely all the information associated with the opening of the campaign, there’s a part of applicants who have not uploaded the certificates, their scan copies. I want to appeal to all applicants to check their personal accounts … the status of your application, it needs to be like this — «admitted to the competition,» she said on air «5 channel».
She noted that if the column «Status» says «Requires clarification» or «failed school», it means that the scan-copy of high school diploma are unable to boot.
According to Grinevich, in this case, a scanned copy should be sent by email to the selection Committee of a higher educational institution where the applicant applied. If the applicant cannot submit a copy of the certificate via e-mail, it is possible to bring to the admission Committee of a higher educational institution, which will load it into the database.
We will remind, on July 11 started in Ukraine submission of documents for admission to universities. According to the rules of admission to universities in 2016, submission of documents for admission to the undergraduate programmes will happen only in electronic form and will end at 18.00 on July 27.
