Movable and immovable property of ex-Minister of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine Mykola Zlochevsky in Ukraine is under arrest.
On Thursday 4 February the General Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine.
«The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine submitted to the court a request for seizure of property of the former Minister of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine, Deputy Secretary of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine Zlochevsky, which was filmed the arrest, and other property which actually uses it, namely households with a total area of 922 square meters, land area of 0.24 hectares, garden house with a total area of 299,8 sq. m, garden house on the territory of the Vyshgorodsky area, garden house with an area of 2312 square meters, land 0,0394 ha, the car «Rolls-Royse Phantom», the trailer Knott 924-5014″, — stated in the message Department.
The Prosecutor General’s office clarify that the motion is granted by the court on 2 February 2016.
«Thus, none of the objects of movable and immovable property, which was under arrest on a previous court decision, from the possession Zlochevsky not out», — notes the press service.
The attorney General’s remind that on 25 December 2015, i.e. at the moment of acceptance by court of the decision on removal of arrest from property Zlochevsky, the prosecution authorities conducted a preliminary investigation and did not implement procedural guidance in this criminal proceedings due to the fact that the criminal proceedings were transferred to the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
«In connection with the entry into force of the law of Ukraine «On amendments to the criminal procedure code of Ukraine regarding criminal proceedings which are investigated by investigators of bodies of Prosecutor’s office» 27 January 2016 the criminal proceedings were returned for further pre-trial investigation and procedural guidance to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine. After obtaining these materials of criminal proceedings the Prosecutor General’s office immediately appealed to the court with the petition for seizure of property», — informs the Agency.
Zlochevsky is suspected of having committed a criminal offense under part 3 of article 368-2 of the criminal code (illicit enrichment).
