GPU again will ask the court to give permission for correspondence investigation against Fuchedzhi

The Prosecutor General’s office will again apply a petition in the Pechersky district court of Kiev on the permission to begin in absentia proceedings against the former Deputy head of the Main Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs in Odessa region Dmitry Fuchedzhi. After that the Ukrainian court would resubmit the petition.

In July the Pechersky court has not given permission to begin in absentia proceedings against Fuchedzhi.
