The head of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko Arthur Gerasimov said that anti-corruption bodies do not have the right to obtain information by illegal means. He said this during the conciliatory Council of the Verkhovna Rada on 4 December, the correspondent of «GORDON».
«We fully support the words of the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko that anti-corruption bodies do not have the right to obtain information by dishonest means», – said Gerasimov.
According to him, in a situation of conflict of anti-corruption authorities and law enforcement «raises many questions». «How you used illegal contraband surveillance equipment how secret the data received persons who did not have any right to it, on the basis of which employees, for example, NABOO provocative acted in violation of even the European court of human rights, who will it be accountable?» – continued the head of the BPP.
He called on the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy to bring to the Parliament the leadership of the General Prosecutor, security Service of Ukraine, the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office and the NEB for explanations and answers to questions of deputies.
«Our group fully shares the position of the President of Ukraine: we believe it is unacceptable conflicts, quarrels and enmity between law enforcement agencies,» – said Gerasimov.
On 29 November, the press service of the state migratory service have informed that at attempt of transfer of a bribe of $15 thousand to Deputy Minister Dina emahool the SBU detained agent NABU. NABU said that the GPU and the SBU illegally intervened in the operation of the National anti-corruption Bureau aimed at identifying participants of an organized criminal group in GMS, and called such actions of law enforcement «sabotage».
Lutsenko said that the actions of the employee of NABOO against Emahool are illegal and immoral.
The Prosecutor General’s office, according to the «Censor.NO,» also arrested a number of undercover agents to NAB.
