Former Deputy Poltorak appointed Ambassador to Georgia

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed the former Deputy of defense of Ukraine on issues of European integration Igor Dolgov was appointed Ambassador of Ukraine in Georgia. As reported on the official website of the head of state, the corresponding decree №25/2017 Poroshenko signed on Friday, February 3.

As reported a day earlier, on Thursday, the Cabinet dismissed Dolgova from the post of Deputy defense Minister for European integration. According to the decree No. 51 of 1 February, the Debt is dismissed at own will.

59-year-old Debt held the position of Deputy defense Minister from may 14, 2015. Previously, he was head of mission of Ukraine to NATO and Ambassador of Ukraine in Belgium.
