In his Twitter account posted Cyganik recognition of the player of the youth team of the Kharkiv club of Eugene Malik, where he calls Maximuk organizer of several matches with a predetermined outcome. This letter supposedly 17 Nov 2015 received the Committee for ethics and fair play of the football Federation of Ukraine.

Malik claims in his letter that the coach pulled him in the organization of such games. Because now the specialist has led the team of the Ukrainian First League «Ternopil», the reporter expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that Maximuk not deprived of the license.

In the fall of 2016 ex-football player of FC «Metalist» Daniel Solomou was ordered to pay a fine in the amount of 8.5 thousand UAH for participation in the contract match.
According to «New time», informed the investigation documented several facts of receiving by the players, «Metalist» money for ensuring the desired match results. So, the players received a reward for the defeat of the «Volyn» in the match of the youth championship, which was held in August 2015. Lutsk team won a victory with the account 6:2.
In the spring of 2016 the journalist of TV channel 2+2 Roman Bebeh reported that one of the players of the club «Metalist» from the Ukrainian Premier League, offered to do the right number of goals in the League match against Dnipro. The match eventually ended with the score 5:0 in favor of the latter.
