The Chairman of the Charity Fund Poroshenko, wife of the President of Ukraine Maryna Poroshenko invited children with special needs and their families at the opening of the third education project «Arsenal of ideas». Guests also took part in the solemn opening of the retrospective exhibition of the famous Ukrainian artist «, Maria Primachenko. Incomprehensible», reports the press service of the head of state.
This year the event was held in an updated format under the slogan «city of the future». Especially for children with special needs project «Sensorium», which will contribute to their socialization.
Feature of the project is a unique combination of experience in a wide interactive educational program of the various spheres — arts, science and innovation, allows children to combine different areas of skills and knowledge.
During the opening ceremony of the project «Arsenal of ideas» Marina Poroshenko noted that this is a modern and interesting space for creative and scientific research of young Ukrainians: «I am confident that these activities increase children’s interest in science and innovation. It is interesting Playground for family entertainment and to start new family traditions.»
In particular, the third «Arsenal of ideas» comprises two main space — artistic and scientific. Art space provides an opportunity to create a new reality, to feel the ability to create and change the world. And scientific space projects «Smart house», «Nature and us is a Plant. Animal. Man» and «Finance and development».
After visiting the «Arsenal of ideas» Maryna Poroshenko, accompanied by the children with disabilities took part in the solemn opening of the retrospective exhibition «Maria Primachenko. Incomprehensible». This exhibition includes more than 300 works of outstanding artist from the collection of the National Museum of Ukrainian folk decorative art.
The exhibition was attended by relatives of Maria Primachenko — grandson Ivan and great-granddaughter Anastasia.
Touring the exhibition, the President’s wife noted: «the uniqueness of the works of Maria Primachenko is that she’s done for people — «to joy». Each canvas seemed to reflect her generous world of love, kindness, dreaminess and mystery. When you look at the works of Maria Primachenko feel like the soul is filled with optimism and faith in a better future.»
Recall that in the exposition of the new exhibition «Maria Primachenko. Marvellous», includes more than 300 works of outstanding artist from the collection of the National Museum of Ukrainian folk decorative art. The exhibition will run until 13 March.
