On 24 February, Dynamo will play their first match 1/8 finals of League of Champions against «Manchester city» in Kiev NSK «Olympic».
On the official website of the club team has published an open letter to the fans of football who gather to attend the match.
«An outstanding event brought us a successful game FC Dynamo Kyiv in the group stage of the Champions League. This success would not have been possible without your warm support,» the statement says.
«Please note that the appearance of the audience on treadmills will be the reason for the termination of the match. It would threaten our team’s defeat, and tribunes «Olympic» – disqualified», they note, in particular, its authors.
And once again I remind: «FC Dynamo Kiev against violence in the stands and outside of them! On sports arenas of Ukraine there is no place for racism or other discrimination on any ground».
Dynamo reminded fans about the permitted sizes of banners and their content before the match at the NSC «Olympic» against English «Manchester city».
«According to the rules of the NSC «Olympic», the banners are allowed not exceeding two feet in size. As for the content of banners, if the texts of the banners do not contain provocative, offensive or obscene content, they remain at the discretion of the delegate of a match (the match Director) and safety officer.
If they deem that the content of the banner is not related to football or contrary to the principles of UEFA, the delegate will make the appropriate entry in the report, and the disciplinary instance of UEFA will announce its decision on each case», — stated in the message.
As told the Vice-President for security of FC «Dynamo» (Kiev) Andrey Mazanowski, with the ultras of the club have agreed that banners should be brought into the stadium long before kick-off to allow sufficient time for a thorough inspection.
