The Prosecutor General’s office suspects the former Deputy Chairman of the State service for special communication and information protection in the financing of «titushek» during the Euromaidan. This is stated in the decision of the court January 30, transfer «Ukrainian news».
According to him, the Prosecutor General’s office is investigating the circumstances to counter the «aunts» to the protests of activists of the Euromaidan.
During pre-judicial investigation of the specified criminal proceedings received information that the funding of attraction «aunts» were carried out including through the ex-Chairman of state service of special communication.
Currently established sources of cash to the specified person and its use.
In criminal proceedings appointed forensic handwriting examination for which the experts needed to provide the specimen signature of the suspect.
«The investigator notes that from the materials of criminal proceedings is seen that there are sufficient grounds to believe that the documents are in the possession of the State service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine can be used as evidence in criminal proceedings as relate directly to the circumstances, to be proved», — is told in the court decision.
In this regard, the court granted the investigators of the Prosecutor General’s office access to documents from the personal file of the former Deputy Chairman of the State special communication service, including ID card, autobiography, alerts about special restrictions dated April 27, 2010, the income Declaration of 27 April 2010, the income Declaration of 30 March 2011.
The court also allowed to withdraw the letter about receiving the message of 20 January 2012, General rules of conduct for civil servants, dated 4 February 2011, the suspect’s statements to the chair of State since January 2012, the Declaration of assets in 2011, and to withdraw at least 40 documents.
As is well known, from August 2011 to may 2012 the position of Deputy Chairman of the State special communication service took Sergiy Krasnokutskiy, appointed by President Viktor Yanukovych.
Prior to that, from December 2010 he was Chairman of the state service of special communication.
From may 2010 to August 2012, the post of Chairman of the State special communication service took Igor Kruglik.
