Ex-ATU fighter of the Georgian Legion Tsertsvadze came out of jail Lukyanovka

A former fighter regiment «Azov» Gia Tsertsvadze released from the lukianivka remand prison in Kyiv.

Press Secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan in Facebook said: «As promised, the General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko, the fighter ATO of the Georgian Legion Gia Tsertsvadze was released from prison lukianivka».

In turn, the lawyer Tsertsvadze Ksenia Prokonova explained that her client is cleared temporary seizure by the decision of the Prosecutor’s office, but his fate is not resolved because the ongoing extradition check, reports «Interfax-Ukraine».

Recall, January 17, Solomianskyi district court of Kyiv has arrested a Georgian Gia Tsertsvadze, who fought as a volunteer on the side of the antiterrorist operation.

The man was declared internationally wanted Russia for an alleged murder and attempted murder committed in 2003 in the territory of Sochi.

Earlier in Prosecutor’s office of Kiev reported that in the case of confirmation of participation Tsertsvadze in the fighting in Eastern Ukraine as part of the volunteer forces of Russia as the aggressor country will refuse to extradite him.

Also against the extradition Tsertsvadze said the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, and his Deputy, Yevgeny Yenin.
