According to him, the day before yesterday the leader of the Mejlis Refat Chubarov discussed the details with the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.

Dzhemilev said that in the list of a battalion of 250 people. «And if his form will reach new people. Especially the Crimean Tatars, forcibly want to mobilize the Russian army,» he said.

Just will be certain conditions: abandonment of the use of pork and alcoholic beverages. And the goal — de-occupation of the Crimea», — he added. Dzhemilev emphasized that people of any nationality will be able to serve.

Dzhemilev said that about 17-20 thousand Crimean Tatars left Crimea since the occupation began. From Peninsula went 35-40 thousand citizens of Ukraine.

«We’re talking about these numbers, based on how much people turned to the Crimea SOS for support. Based on the fact that not all seek this support, we increased this amount somewhere in the half. It’s about 35-40 thousand resettled from Crimea after the occupation. Believe that about half, maybe more, that Crimean Tatars», — Dzhemilev said and added that the state authorities there is no clear list of immigrants.

He also said that on the Peninsula are constantly growing repression against the Tatars, are groundless searches.

«Constant baseless searches, without protocols, decisions of the court. Terror and lawlessness much more than under the Soviet regime», — he stressed.

Dzhemilev believes that the issue of de-occupation of Crimea is not given enough attention

The issue of deokkupatsii of Crimea is not given enough attention, said Mustafa Dzhemilev.

«Unfortunately, the issue of deokkupatsii of Crimea is not given enough attention. From the beginning we said that we need to establish a Ministry for Crimean Affairs, provided that the Minister must be both Deputy Prime Minister», — the Deputy told.

He also noted that the government does not give due importance to the State service on the issues of Crimea and Sevastopol, which was established almost a year and a half ago and still have not received even the room.

The Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars and international human rights organizations have repeatedly reported human rights violations in Crimea after its annexation. In late January, lawyer Emil Kubedinov reported that in the occupied Russian Federation Crimea began mass arrests of Muslims. The Russian authorities have evidence that such violations are systematically denied.
