CTV Khmelnytskyi region owes for gas of 116.8 million USD

As of June 1 of the enterprises Teplokommunenergo Khmelnytskyi region owed for the consumed natural gas of 116.8 mln hryvnia.
This was announced by the head of housing and communal services of regional state administration Igor Aloha, UNIAN reports.

According to him, the lowest level of payment is observed in Teofipol KP «Teplovik – 0%, Polonsky enterprise of thermal networks – 12% VIN’kovets’kyi district enterprise of thermal networks – 42%.

The biggest debt for consumed gas is, OOO Shepetivka Energoinvest – 67.8 million UAH, which is more than half of the total debt of all of the CTV in the field.

«The situation with payments for consumed natural gas at these enterprises is critical. And, if they fail to pay off debts, they will not receive limits on gas release from the NJSC «Naftogaz of Ukraine» and will stop,» — said Aloha.

In addition, on June 1 in Khmelnytskyi region accounted for 5.1 million USD of debts for thermal energy agencies financed from the state budget, and of 5.3 million UAH of debts of the institutions financed from local budgets.

Also the enterprises of municipal power system are not offset by benefits and subsidies in the amount of 7.6 million USD.

As reported, according to the press service of the NJSC «Naftogaz of Ukraine», as of may 31, the total debt for gas utility companies, power plants and direct industrial consumers is around 20.9 billion USD.

The Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services predicts a decrease of the level of payments by the population for utilities is 30% in the next heating season.
