The head of the faction «Block of Petro Poroshenko» Yury Lutsenko considers it appropriate to dismiss the government and to propose to the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk to create a new Cabinet of Ministers, reports «Interfax-Ukraine».
«Or do you dismiss all of the government headed by Prime Minister Yatsenyuk and then can form a new government, and may not Yatsenyuk to form the new government. The second option — spot option of the government: someone send in the resignation, appoint someone. I am more inclined to the second option – you must clear the field and to dismiss the government and to offer to Mr Yatsenyuk to create a new (government — ed.)», — Lutsenko told journalists on Tuesday, 2 February 2016, in the Verkhovna Rada.
According to him, if Yatsenyuk forms the government and «fulfills the vision of most on cooperation in the Parliament,» it will be only plus «It means political stability and the modernisation of government», — considers Lutsenko.
«If you want to hear my expert point of view, the key question now is, who should discuss the coalition with the government, is to change the government. If we go by the «Fatherland» and «Samopomochi», which, as far as I understood, joined, and Lyashko (leader of the Radical party Oleg Lyashko — ed.) who insist on the resignation of the government and the formation of the new. Or we’ll go the other way, when the acting Prime Minister will make changes in their government,» explained Lutsenko.
He said that these two ways provided by the legislation. «We just have to take a political decision, as it will be better and most importantly more effective to act in the Ukrainian Parliament», — said the head of the presidential faction.
We will remind, on the resignation of the government Yatsenyuk insist all factions — members of the ruling coalition «European Ukraine». The «Block Poroshenko» would like to avoid early parliamentary elections, because according to sociologists, can gain significantly fewer votes than now. As for the Prime Minister’s party people’s front, her rating in most regions generally fell below the 5 percent parliamentary barrier.
More re-elections require the «Batkivschyna» and «Samopomich», confident in the ability to quantitatively increase its parliamentary faction, and, therefore, to obtain increased representation in the new Cabinet.
