Agreed with the European side version of the law on electronic Declaration will be adopted at the next plenary week the Verkhovna Rada, predicts the leaders of parliamentary factions «Block of Petro Poroshenko» and «popular front» Yury Lutsenko and Maxim Bourbaki. About it reports «Interfax-Ukraine».
«The problem is that the law was passed by the last Parliament in the last days of his existence and so he looked quite populist, had no specific mechanisms for implementation. Now the Parliament has clarified its position, but, again, not achieved optimal quality. It seems our European partners, as well as many deputies, including from our group, he has narrowed the circle of people who should submit these declarations», — Lutsenko said at a joint press conference with leaders of the factions of the Parliament in Brussels Monday, 29 February 2016.
The politician added: «I think that this debate will be over for the third time… the law is realistic and European in the depth of its use. I think it will happen in the first days of the next plenary week the Verkhovna Rada».
In turn Burbak noted that we are currently negotiating a new version of the law with the European side.
«I am confident that the next plenary week, we will reach a common position, and we finished it (the law — ed.) support,» he said.
Act No. 3755 electronic declaring is one of the four laws «visa package», in relation to him, consultations are ongoing with the European Commission.
