Bill gates intends to create a «smart city» similar to Silicon valley

The investment company of Microsoft founder bill gates Belmont Partners for $80 million bought the land in the U.S. state of Arizona measuring about 10 hectares, to erect on it a «smart city» similar to Silicon valley, reports Sky News.

Gates plans to call the city of Belmont. On its territory there will be located various institutions also there will run unmanned vehicles.

In Belmont Partners said that creating «smart cities» will use «advanced technology high-speed digital networks, data centers, new production technologies and distribution models, Autonomous vehicle and Autonomous logistics means.»
