Azarov lost all the courts in the case against SBU

The Supreme court refused ex-the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to revise the decisions of the two courts and decisions of the panel of judges of the High specialized court for civil and criminal cases for his claim for Service security and former adviser to the former head of the SBU Markiyan Lubkivsky.

This is Lubkivsky said on Tuesday on his page on Facebook.

«Ex-Prime Minister has lost all the courts in the case against SBU and ex-Advisor to Nalyvaichenko», — Lubkivsky writes.

The final decision on this case adopted on 22 December 2016, the panel of judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Azarov denying admission to production on all of his claims and applications for review accepted by the courts decisions.

Lubkivsky noted that the decision is final and not appealable.

Recall that during the tenure of the adviser to the Chairman of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaychenko Lubkivsky said that the ex-Prime Minister Mykola Azarov tried to destabilize the situation in Ukraine, proplachivaya psevdoprotestny shares.
