Pope Francis arrived in the international airport named after Jose Marti in Havana (Cuba) to meet with the Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill.
The meeting of the primates of the Russian Orthodox Church and the Roman Catholic Church became the first in history. It was in the agenda of relations between the two Churches for about 20 years. The persecution of Christians will become the Central topic of the meeting.
