Container train «Viking» arrived from Ukraine to Baku international sea trade port.

This route is one of the alternatives for the delivery of goods between China and Asian countries, on the one hand, and Europe on the other.

Combined transport train «Viking» started to run in 2003. Participants of the project are Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, since 2012, and Bulgaria. The total length of the route Ilyichevsk (Ukraine) – Minsk (Belarus) is draugystė (Lithuania) – 1,766 thousand km.
