A linguistic examination found no signs of separatism in the statements of fugitive ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, according to «Ukrainian news».

The corresponding conclusion of the examination was announced during the meeting of 28 September, the presiding judge of Obolon district court of Kiev Vladislav Devyatko.

«Calls to change the borders of Ukraine and the overthrow of its constitutional system in media interviews and public statements by Yanukovych and the letter (To the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. – «GORDON») from 1.03.2014… no,» said Devyatko.

The examination also has not established in the statements of Yanukovych direct calls to an aggressive war.

At the same time, the experts noted that in the context of the situation, the statements of Yanukovych and his letter to Putin, could be used to perform actions that violate the sovereignty and inviolability of borders of Ukraine.

In Ukraine against Yanukovych openly some criminal proceedings. He is accused of mass killings of citizens, misappropriation of state property, the seizure of power by unconstitutional means, the actions aimed at overthrowing the constitutional order.
